Which data

We process data you enter for contact, APK checks or appointment requests: name, contact details, licence plate, selected service and notes.

Purpose

We use this data to answer your question, plan your appointment and send service messages.

RDW check

Licence plates are checked server-side with RDW and are not permanently stored by the check itself.

Security

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to limit abuse of forms and licence plate checks. The check is validated server-side.

Analytics

Analytics loads only after consent. Licence plates and contact details are never sent as analytics data. You can change your choice at the bottom of the website.

Retention

We keep contact and appointment details no longer than needed to handle your request, except where a statutory retention period applies.
